How we handle your information.
Last updated: August 2026. This page explains what Tech Bros Website Studio collects when you use this site, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you book a consultation, request a reschedule, or send us a general inquiry, we collect the information you enter into that form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), business name (optional), and the details you share about your project or request. If you're rescheduling, we also see the original appointment date and time you provide.
How we use it
We use this information only to schedule, confirm, reschedule, or cancel your consultation, and to reply to general inquiries. We don't use it for marketing lists, and we don't sell or rent it to anyone.
Who we share it with
Two services are involved in running this site, and both process your information only to deliver the service you requested:
- Google Calendar — holds the appointment itself, so we can check availability and keep your booking on our schedule.
- Gmail — sends the confirmation, reschedule, and cancellation emails, from our own business email address.
- Google Analytics — only if you click "Accept All" on the cookie banner (see below). Helps us see general traffic patterns like how many people visit and which pages are popular.
We don't use advertising trackers, and we never sell your information. No third party beyond the ones listed above receives it.
Cookies & analytics
The first time you visit, we ask whether it's okay to use analytics cookies. If you choose Accept All, Google Analytics is loaded and helps us understand overall site traffic — it doesn't identify you personally, and IP addresses are anonymized. If you choose Necessary Only, no analytics cookies are set at all, and nothing changes about how the site works for you either way.
You can change your mind anytime using the Cookie Preferences link in the footer.
How long we keep it
Your information stays on our calendar for as long as your appointment exists. If you cancel a booking using the cancel link in your confirmation email, that record is deleted right away and the time slot reopens for other visitors.
A note on sensitive information
Please don't include passwords, payment card details, government ID numbers, or other sensitive information in any of our forms — they're meant for scheduling and project details only.
